Chef Sandra decided on a variety of Middle Eastern Mediterranean dishes to stay within the theme of the belly dance tradition. This menu is very well thought out and you will be delighted by the aromas and flavors.
4-Course Dinner (originally 3-course but she just couldn't resist adding a 4th dish!)
1st Course:
WARAK ENAB: STUFFED GRAPE LEAVES (Egypt)
Not your typical dolmathes, this dish is served warm. Stuffed grape leaves with rice, herbs and ground beef (GF)
