About the event
This is a very special treat as Bill and Chris are one of our favorite winemakers and we are so excited to have them visit us and share their wines with you. Their story intrigued us because, a lot like Taza, they are a family business who are very hands on with their process. Their style is more about rolling up their sleeves and being intimately involved with every step of the process, from vineyard sourcing to the nuanced art & science of blending. Plus: It's homegrown, they hand label each bottle themselves.
Chef Sandra will be pairing wines with her delicious and beautifully presented dishes.
