Entrante (Starter)

Ajo Blanco con Uvas - An exquisite cold almond soup from Andalusia, this dish is enriched with garlic and crowned with fresh green grapes, offering a balance between creamy and crisp textures.

Wine Pairing:

Manzanilla Sherry - Originating from Sanlúcar de Barrameda, this dry, light-bodied sherry with almond notes beautifully complements the Ajo Blanco.

Tapas (Small Plate)

Montaditos de Jamón y Manchego - Mini toasts layered with thin slices of Jamón Ibérico, Manchego cheese, and a touch of fig jam, marrying savory and sweet flavors.

Wine Pairing:

Cava Rosado - A sparkling rosé from Catalonia, its effervescence and berry undertones lift the rich flavors of the jamón and cheese.

Paella (Seafood Course)

Paella de Mariscos - A mosaic of flavors, this dish weaves together saffron-kissed rice, with a medley of fresh seasonal vegetables, all in symphony with succulent shrimp, tender mussels, and juicy calamari. Each mouthful promises a story of tradition and culinary craftsmanship, transporting you to the sun-soaked terraces  of Valencia.

Wine Pairing:

Albariño - (from Rías Baixas in Galicia) - This white wine is  renowned for its bright acidity and aromatic profile, boasting flavors  of lemon zest, green apple, and saline that echo the maritime essence of  a seafood paella.

Carne (Meat Course)

Solomillo con Salsa de Pedro Ximénez - A succulent beef tenderloin, pan-seared and draped in a rich Pedro Ximénez sherry reduction, accompanied by patatas a lo pobre (poor man's potatoes) lightly fried with onions and green peppers.

Wine Pairing:

Ribera del Duero Crianza - A bold red wine with dark fruit notes, velvety tannins, and a hint of oak, which pairs harmoniously with the depth of the Pedro Ximénez sauce.

Postre (Dessert)

Crema Catalana - Spain’s crème brûlée, this creamy custard is topped with a thin layer of burnt sugar and sprinkled with cinnamon and zesty lemon.

Wine Pairing: Moscatel de Valencia - A sweet fortified wine from Valencia, Moscatel with its honeyed, raisin-like essence beautifully echoes the caramel tones of the Crema Catalana.

End the evening with a choice of Café Cortado (espresso cut with a small amount of warm milk) or a glass of Licor 43 for a touch of Spanish golden liqueur decadence.
