As Sandra turns another year wiser, she wishes to share the most defining dishes of her youth in Cairo with you.

Dining as One Big Family - True to the warmth of Egyptian hospitality, all dishes will be served family-style, allowing us to pass, share, and indulge together. From the savory delights of Koshari to the sweet allure of Basbousa, experience Egyptian cuisine's vast and vibrant spectrum.

Every dish has a story, and we can't wait to share them with you!  Looking forward to a night of shared plates, laughter, and the magic of Egypt.

Menu is $60/person and includes:

• Mezza starter: Falafel, pickled lift variety, hummus, baba gannouj, pita
• Appetizer: Gollash phyllo baked with a unique blend of cheeses
• First Entree: Moussaka eggplant casserole with ground beef
• Second Entree: Fattah, an Egyptian national dish served during holidays and special ceremonies - slow cooked lamb shank served over lamb-seasoned rice and garlic-infused pita chips.
• Dessert: Basbousa, a semolina almond and coconut honey cake

Served with a 3 tasting wine pairings or 1 of our specialty cocktail or mocktail.
