1 1/2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon backing powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1/8 cup unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup fresh cranberries
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and grease a cake pan

In a bowl, combine almond flour, sugar, baking powder and salt
