Born in Cairo, and having lived and traveled extensively throughout Europe to Spain, France, Italy, Greece, Croatia, Cyprus, I've enjoyed the Mediterranean-inspired way of eating for as long as I can remember. This sense-delighting lifestyle has not only defined the way I nourish my body but has brought a burst of joy to my palate with every meal. This is in fact, what ignites my passion as a Chef - to share the healthy, nutritious, exquisite flavors and Mediterranean culinary with others so you can also experience the health benefits that this diet provides.
